Editor's note: Reb Zalman says of this niggun: Burgenlanf is a province of Austria adjacent to Hungary. The Jews who lived there were not quite Hasidic Jews, but liked to have Hasidic rabbis who were strong and spirited. They didn't quite recognize the boundaries beceause of how they were situated geographically. In the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Burgenland had towns with Hungarian names and others with German names, so they were clearly between these cultures in many ways
