Editor's note: This Tish (table) niggun was sung almost every Friday evening in Reb Zalman's childhood home by his father, Shlomo, for Shabbat. It is most likely Galician in origin and may also be sung with the words of Barukh El Eliyon as part of the Shabbat celebration. Both Menuha Ve'Simha and Barukh El Eliyon are found in the Siddur
